Shipping & Return Policies

I haven't received any order confirmation

On successful payment & order completion, you will receive an email or SMS. Please write to us lastmileclothing@gmail.com in case you didn't receive one.

When will I get my order

We usually ship all orders within 1-2 business days of order confirmation & use leading shipping services to ensure fastest delivery, however exact transit lead time depends on location of final delivery.

I want to cancel my order

Order cancellations are only allowed before it has been shipped or within 24 hours whichever is earlier. For cancellations, please write to us lastmileclothing@gmail.com  along with your order ID & confirmation mail.

I have received a damaged item

In case of any damaged items delivered, please notify within 72 hours of receiving the shipment, write to us lastmileclothing@gmail.com . Please share images of the product along with shipping label in your email & mention order.

When will I get my refund

After receiving images of your damaged product, our representative will get in touch with you to confirm the damage & refund. The same will be initiated & completed within 3-4 working days.

I like other designs more & want an exchange

We offer a one-time free replacement policy (reverse shipping to be done & borne by customer) In case of initiating the same, please write to us lastmileclothing@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

When will I receive my replacement

The item should be intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and in its original packing. We will process the exchange & initiate shipping within 7 days of receiving the originally sold item.

I have changed my mind & want a refund

 We have a no questions asked refund policy (reverse shipping to be done & borne by customer). In case of initiating the same, please write to lastmileclothing@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving the shipment .
